Mechanical Case & Outer-Pack Label Applicator with Sensor Activation and Brush Assist

A mechanical label applicator built for secondary and transit packaging — cases, outers, shrink-bundles and collated packs. Using a roll-fed label system and sensor-activated motor, it accurately feeds and applies a single preprinted label to each pack, with a brush assist that wipes the label down for smooth, secure adhesion.

Designed for seamless end-of-line integration, the applicator pairs with our machines and conveyors or retrofits into existing production lines. With low maintenance and straightforward operation, it delivers consistent, cost-effective labelling of protected packs at line speed.

Built for outer-case and logistics labelling — including labels carrying the SSCC (encoded in GS1-128). It is not designed for primary-product or retail-unit labelling.
