Manual Pouch Filling and Sealing System

The Manual Pouch Filling and Sealing System is designed for efficient packaging of products into pouches using center-folded film. Film is drawn from a roll that’s already folded in half, and a splitter loading table opens up the film to create an open pouch. The leading edge is sealed off to form the bottom of the pouch, creating a corner pocket for product insertion.

An operator manually loads the product into the pouch and pulls the pack into the sealing area. The seal bar is then activated—either by pulling it down or triggering it—to seal the pouch on all sides. Excess film is trimmed away, resulting in a neatly sealed and professional-looking package. This system is ideal for small to medium-sized operations seeking a cost-effective and flexible pouch filling and sealing solution.
