Automatic High Volume Pouch Filler

The Blank Pouch Filling System is a fully automated machine designed for efficiently filling and sealing blank stand-up pouches that have not yet been sealed at the top. These pouches may include formats with side-mounted spouts, but the key requirement is that the top remains open for filling. The machine begins by using suction cups to pick up a set number of pouches—determined by the selected number of filling heads (1, 2, or 4), which is chosen based on the target production speed. The pouches are placed into individual pucks that travel through a rotary turret system. As the pucks index through each station, the pouches are opened, filled (with optional pre-weighing for precision), sealed using heat, and finally ejected onto a takeaway conveyor.
