By submitting your information and/or documents as part of a job application to ACEPAK (Pty) Ltd. (“the Company”), you agree to the following:

1. Purpose of Collection

You confirm that the personal information you provide is submitted voluntarily and will be used by the Company for purposes related to:
• evaluating your job application,
• assessing your suitability for employment,
• contacting you regarding the application process, and
• maintaining recruitment records.

2. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. The Company may disqualify your application if any information is found to be false or misleading.

3. Consent to Processing (POPIA)

You consent to the Company processing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) for recruitment and selection purposes.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

Your information may be shared with trusted third parties only where reasonably necessary for recruitment purposes (for example, background screening services, IT service providers, recruitment agencies, or reference checks), and only to the extent required.

5. Background & Reference Checks

You consent to the Company conducting reasonable verification checks, which may include:
• reference checks,
• qualification verification, and
• work history confirmation,
where applicable and lawful.

6. Data Retention

If you are not successful, the Company may retain your personal information for future opportunities for a period of up to 24 months, unless you request deletion earlier (where permitted by law).

7. Confidentiality

All application content and communication may be treated as confidential. You agree not to submit proprietary or confidential information belonging to your current or previous employer unless you are lawfully entitled to do so.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview. The Company reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.

9. Access, Correction, or Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting:
